Development
This benchmark proeject is a collaboration with CRISIL, The World Bank and the Ministry of Public Works, Indonesia in conjuction with the Ministry of Finance, to create a public-private development that provides low-income vertical housing that can bring additional benefits to the government and private partnerships.
The work included detailed studies and analysis of building regulations, legal regulations, site restrictions and government targets and requirements.
MTA provided additional work to create a green belt and oasis concept for the project. Developing the existing river to become the focal point of the project. The green belt acts as a place of refugee, escape, and gathering with others. While providing connectivity to the various programs in between.
