During the pandemic multiple retail centers across Indonesia had their large anchors close down. Turning the negative into positives, MTA were able to use this situation as a catalyst to redvelop the existing retail center and introduce multiple market firsts into the development.

This included a fully dedicated outdoor restaurant & entertainment disctrict facing the beautiful golf course; as well a converting the ground floor into pure food & beverage; creating family entertainment and recreation areas with thematic zones.

The success of the design has helped recover the development by bringing new tnentats, increasing rental rates and bringing new customers to the project.
